The Bachelor in Robotics builds your knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and control engineering and expertise in computer science, data science, and artificial intelligence. Through a mix of theory and practical projects, you will acquire the necessary skills to manage projects, lead innovative new technologies, and become a robotics specialist with excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry Requirements:

Here is what you need to bring with you to join our Undergraduate programme. 

  • School education
    • High School Diploma, or IB Diploma, or university entrance qualification or equivalent qualification* and transcript of records.
      *Equivalent qualifications from foreign schools and IB diplomas are recognized accordingly.
    • If you have not graduated yet, you may apply with your existing transcript of records (incl. grades and credits, if applicable) for a conditional acceptance.
    • Your final High School Diploma and Transcript of Records need to be submitted in original or certified copy upon starting your studies.
  • English language skills
    Since all of our study programs are offered in English, certification of your language skills is required (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or Cambridge).
    • Academic IELTS 6.0 or a pass Pre-sessional Certificate at BSMI

Programme Overview 

The (BA) in Robotics has a duration of 36 months, 180 credits, and is structured in 6 semesters.

The Bachelor programme in Robotics sets you up for a great career that could take you all over the world.

  • Focus on the design and simulation of robotic structures and learn to program with Python.
  • Acquire knowledge of drive technologies in mechatronics, control engineering, and integrated systems as well as understand the effects of robotics on society.
  • Test robotic concepts, simulation and drive technologies, and control systems in practice and choose to specialise in industrial and automation technology, service robotics, or cognitive robotics

During your studies, you can choose from several great specialisations, including:

What are my prospects? 

After completing your bachelor's degree in robotics, you’ll be an expert in your field and highly employable for all kinds of roles. You might enter the field of automation technology in aerospace or automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, or optimise systems and processes for logistics.
